This policy explains how Now Playing Utah, operated by the Utah Cultural Alliance and the Utah Cultural Alliance Foundation (together, “we,” “us”), collects and uses information when you use this site and its services.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide — name, email, and organization — when you register or sign in.
• Order and membership details — what you purchased or joined, amounts, and status.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Messages you send us through contact forms or email.
• Technical data such as IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to operate the service.

How we use information

• To process orders, memberships, and donations, and to send related confirmations and receipts.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To maintain membership records, including with our CRM, and to grant member benefits.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers

We share information with vendors only as needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), NeonCRM (membership records), and Cloudflare (hosting and data storage). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for authenticated features and is not used for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We keep account, order, and membership records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of information that we are not required to retain.

Your choices

You may access or update your account information, unsubscribe from non-essential email, or request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
